Happy Monday, Friends!!

Picture(s) of the Week.

This has been quite a weekend! There were many “last events” for 2025.

• Friday, 12/19, was the new moon. Sunday was a big day on two fronts: the First Day of Winter or Winter Solstice.

• Also, the beginning of the last major meteor shower(s) of the year, known as the Ursids, lasts through December 26th.

• And, needless to say, the last weekend before Christmas.

For most of us, there were positives and negatives this past year. I choose to dwell on the positives. I’ll be highlighting our 2025 positives in my January newsletter, which you can receive by signing up on my author’s website, www.jackfwilson.com 

Probably most of us didn’t stay up a good part of the night to catch a glimpse of Ursids, the meteor showers. However, I did catch a wonderful sunrise over the golf course in the Meadows, the Sarasota, FL, community where Patricia and I live.
