Happy Labor Day, Friends!!

Picture(s) of the week. The last few weeks, I’ve missed a number of days walking due to rainy weather. The other day, watching the local weather app and radar, I decided to leave earlier than normal. The picture of the sky with all the stars was taken a little after 5 AM. To the best of my knowledge, the brightest star closest to the horizon is Venus, and the next brightest one above it is Jupiter. I was pleased with how the picture came out using my older iPhone 11.

I would like to thank everyone who signed up to attend the Energize and Thrive Summit via Zoom. As a published author, this was my first international podcast as a speaker. The main theme was “burnout,” where I shared insights and techniques from my book, Inner Peace Through Mindfulness.
