Caught In The Rain

Happy Monday, Friends!!
Picture(s) of the week. For those of you who follow me, you know I walk every morning, weather permitting. I always look at the local weather app for the percentage of possible rain per hour and the radar. A few days ago, I read about 5% chance of rain early (I’ll walk up to 20%) and a 95% chance, late morning. I’m about one mile from home, and I saw this dark cloud coming my way. Fortunately, there was no thunder or lightning, and the rain only lasted about ten minutes, but just enough to get soaking wet. It actually felt good being 80+degrees out. I did capture a picture of the sunrise as it rained, and about 30 minutes later, beautiful blue skies and fluffy white clouds. Enjoy.
Only Three Days Left to register for a Free Zoom presentation, called the Energize and Thrive Summit. I’ll be sharing insights and techniques from my book, Inner Peace Through Mindfulness. As one of the speakers, I’ve been asked to help bring in at least 20 attendees — and I’d appreciate it if you’d be one of them. Again, it’s free. And, you don’t even have to watch it live. You’ll receive a link to watch it anytime. Thank you in advance!!

I hope everyone has a great week!! Peace and Blessings to you all!! --- Jack
